The TNT Magnetics CK4L6 is a 4H 90mA filter choke designed for 6L6 valve guitar amplifiers and applications using the popular 125C1A-style choke.
Designed for B+ power supply filtering, the CK4L6 provides effective smoothing of the high-voltage supply to help reduce power supply ripple and hum. It is ideal for new amplifier builds, restorations and replacement applications.
With a 4 Henry inductance rating, 90mA DC current capacity and 73mm (2-7/8") mounting centres, the CK4L6 is well suited to many classic American-style 6L6 amplifier circuits and other valve amplifier designs requiring a higher-current filter choke.
The original 125C1A/022699 specification is commonly associated with amplifiers including the Bandmaster, Dual Showman, Pro Reverb, Twin Reverb and Super Reverb.
