Return Policy

At Tubes N Things, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that issues may arise from time to time, and we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before making a return.


General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition (unused and unopened, unless faulty).

  • A 17% restocking fee applies to non-faulty returns or items returned due to change of mind.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances once purchased:

  • Wire (once cut from the roll)

  • Grill cloth

  • Tolex / vinyl covering materials

Please choose carefully when purchasing these items, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for them.


Vacuum Tubes – Faulty Item Policy

Vacuum tubes are high-value, sensitive products that require thorough testing. Because of this, our return process for tubes differs from general products.

  • Faulty tube returns: If you believe a tube is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection and testing before a refund, credit, or replacement can be issued.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. If preferred, we can issue a prepaid return label; the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund/credit if the tube is confirmed faulty.

  • Refunds/replacements: Refunds or replacements cannot be provided if the faulty tube is not returned.

  • Testing outcome: If our inspection shows the tube is in working order, the item will be returned to you and shipping costs will apply.

  • Damage disclaimer: Tubes that fail due to misuse, incorrect installation, or modification are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.


How to Lodge a Return

  • Contact us at info@tubesnthings.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, item details, and a description of the issue.

  • We will provide return instructions or a prepaid label if requested.


Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for testing, processing, and issuing of your refund, credit, or replacement (if applicable).
